vigan 2012. Our research team went to Ilocos Norte last month to survey a stranded ship near the coast of Pagudpod. It was a scary endeavor since the waves in the area can go up until five meters and swallow you whole. It was also scary diving alone in an unknown area. I know that it is prohibited to dive without a buddy but what can i do? My teammates at that time were, in lack of better terms, old. They were just hovering around while i took pictures of the reef then listing down the fishes that i saw. It was really toilsome but i finished the job. After working my ass off, i got the chance to explore Ilocos. We strolled the city and experienced the food. We went to the museum and then ate some more. We were “bakasyonistas”, something that i’m not used to calling myself since my job tends to take the excitement out of going to new places since, for other people this means vacation, but for me, it’s just another working day. But i shouldn’t complain. I get paid exploring the Philippines and marvel at its beauty. :) #ilovemylife

it has been a habit of mine to pattern my life with what’s happening in this show.. i think it’s a bad thing but i can’t complain.. i had fun doing it.. :)
